We were incorporated in the State of California in May 1999 as Mycometrix to commercialize microfluidic technology initially developed at the California Institute of Technology. In April 2001, we changed our name to Fluidigm Corporation. In July 2007, Fluidigm Corporation was reincorporated in Delaware. In April 2022, we changed our name to Standard BioTools Inc.
